HOLLY HILDERBRAND

Holly was born and raised in Austin, Tx, and she still proudly calls "Keep Austin Weird" home. After serving in various capacities in kids ministry she felt God was moving her onto something different and 2010 marked a wild spiritual journey with God that brought about a complete shift in church and ministry. 

She currently serves on staff of Gateway Church. Gateway strives to raise the church out of the culture and is a community of imperfect people doing life together. Her role as the Director of Connections leads all efforts of assimilation and ensures that effective connecting is happening into service opportunities, volunteer teams, life groups, spiritual formation, and all guests at Gateway. 

Since 2002, Global missions has become a big part of Holly's heart. She has traveled overseas with Pure Joy to Senegal, Africa; Quito, Ecuador, and Naples, Italy and whole heartedly believes in its mission. She is also very active with ministries in Rwanda (Africa New Life) and Haiti (Mission of Hope) where she travels often. Her heart desires to live a life of missional living in Austin while ready and willing for the next adventure God sets before her, wherever He leads.
