Each retreat is unique as we follow the leadership of the Holy Spirit. However, a few things remain the same from country to country so YOU, the missionary, can make arrangements. Retreats our formatted for a four-day and three-night conference to provide a space for missionaries to "get away with the Lord." We are a teaching retreat that builds in rest for those on the frontlines of missions. Our goal is to provide encouragement through worship, Bible teaching, small group prayer and discussion, shared meals and free time. We meet for morning and early evening sessions. Afternoon hours and after dinner are reserved for missionaries to physically rest, plan their own excursions or have unhurried fellowship with other participants. If you are traveling from another country, registration on the first day of the retreat is from 1 pm -3:30 pm. Retreat usually starts 4 pm. PJI provides lodging and meals. Each missionary is responsible for her own travel and we recommend refundable travel.
