More than 20 years ago, God clearly called our founder, Vickie Arruda, to minister to the missionary woman. Females make up more than 80% of servants on the mission field - some married, some are mothers, some single, divorced, and widowed. Women of all ages continue stepping out in faith. We believe that if we can provide encouragement to the female missionary - ministries, families, churches, and homes will thrive overseas. Gospel outreach to the nations is stronger when women are stronger in their faith and healthy on the field.

Pure Joy International provides opportunities for spiritually refreshing retreats, ongoing counseling and continued online Bible study community - free of cost to women who may otherwise not be able to receive these resources far from their home countries.
