Joy and her husband, Corey, reside in West Virginia, where they are raising their four daughters. Although new to Pure Joy Ministries in 2025, Joy has ministered on several overseas trips to the Dominican Republic, Wales, and Jamaica, a tiny island that holds a special place in her heart. For years, she led groups to minister to the children there, particularly those in schools for the deaf, an autism center, and children’s homes. A speech pathologist by day, Joy has served the teens in her church alongside her husband for several years, and they are currently facilitating a young adult group. She serves on her church’s Missions Committee and has always enjoyed supporting missionaries and their families in whatever opportunities arise. Joy is learning that God is full of surprises, and she is excited to see what’s next in the journey
